We often call ourselves KAL—short for Kickbutt Ageless Living.
But in Hindi, KAL means both Yesterday and Tomorrow.
And that’s no coincidence.
We are a community that honors the wisdom of our past while boldly stepping into the future. We carry our stories, our scars, our laughter—and we use them to light the way forward.
KAL is who we’ve been. KAL is who we’re becoming.
Our mission is to support bold, joyful, and purposeful living at every age by providing each other with tools, strategies, connection, and inspiration to rise with resilience, rewrite the rules of aging, and create the next chapter on our own terms.

I’m Aundria McMillan Humphrey—the heart behind Kickbutt Ageless Living. I’m a sacred instigator of joy, connection, and bold second chapters.
With decades of wisdom in healing, storytelling, and personal growth, I help others reconnect with what matters most.
This isn’t coaching. It’s remembering. It’s sacred mischief. It’s the spark that says: You’re not done—you’re just getting started.
