At 83 years of age, my Motto is: "It is never too late to start your life over!"
Aundria McMillan Humphrey is the heart behind Kickbutt Ageless Living — a sacred instigator of joy, connection, and bold second chapters. With a calm, grounding presence and decades of wisdom in personal growth, healing, and intergenerational storytelling, she gently guides others to reconnect with what matters most. This isn’t coaching. It’s remembering. It’s sacred mischief. It’s the spark that says: “You’re not done — you’re just getting started.”
